Derived from the Sanskrit word “yuj”, Yoga means union—of the individual self with the Divine. It is far more than just a physical discipline; yoga is a holistic journey toward self-realization, inner peace, and balanced living.

At DYC Australia, Yoga is a way of life. Rooted in timeless Vedic wisdom and guided by the teachings of Dr Sri Swamiji, our programs help calm the mind, energise the body, and uplift the spirit.

What is Datta Kriya Yoga?

Datta Kriya Yoga is a unique and gentle practice system prescribed by HH Dr Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji, combining ancient yogic techniques to balance body, mind, and spirit. It draws the methodology from Raja YogaHatha Yoga, and Sri Vidya, and includes:

■ Pranayama (breath regulation)
■ Kriyas (detoxification techniques)
■ Asanas (yogic postures)
■ Mudras (energy-directing gestures)
■ Nadi Shuddhi (unique nerve-purification method)
